"All Closed" for components missing bug_status= in series.query

Jeff Jensen
Running 2.18.1.

I have noticed problems with our charts, fixed my data set creation
problems, and then traced one problem set to a probable bug.

For the automatically added "All Closed" series on components in the series
table, the query field does not get a
"bug_status=RESOLVED&bug_status=VERIFIED&bug_status=CLOSED".

So "All Closed" is always the total bugs for that component.

This is either some problem with my config, or a bug.  Since Bugzilla
automatically adds the All Closed series for components, it seems like a
bug.

Note that the "All Open" ones do get the "bug_status=" entries for them.
And there is no "All Closed" created for the "-All-" grouping component, so
nothing to check there.

So I have all this old bad data.  Is there any recovery for it?

If I delete all the series_data rows, will running "collectstats.pl
--regenerate" recreate all the rows?

If yes, I can add the "bug_status=" to all the series' rows, delete all the
series_data rows, and run "collectstats.pl --regenerate" to recreate all the
rows with the correct data.

If no, what to do?! (besides fess up to the problem with the product I
staked things on!)
