combobox testcases

Boris Zbarsky
Does someone have a whole bunch of combobox layout testcases?  I'm looking for
things like differently styled options, a optgroups, range of width/height
settings for the combobox itself, max-widths, min-widths, various relationships
between all those and the option widths in the dropdown.

For example, it appears as if we currently collapse the button to width:0 once
the computed width of the combobox is smaller than the scrollbar width (which is
the button width).

Unfortunately, the form control testcases in the layout regression tests are
just not that numerous.  :(

I think that's https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=292284
It's talking about windows and divs, but I think the same applies for
the scrollbarbutton used in the combobox.

Well...  combobox manually collapses the button, actually (there's explicit code
to set width to 0).  It might be that it does so because that's what the
scrollbar does; if so, we should keep the two in sync.
