build question

Mikus Grinbergs
I notice in my *output* tree there is file

  dist\include\xpcom\nsIEventQueue.h

but I do NOT see this file anywhere in my (trunk) *input* tree.

__HOW__ does this file get placed into my output tree ?

mikus
