accessibility issues in thunderbird 2.0

Luca-44

hello,
Using jaws 7.1or  8.0  and thunderbird 2.0 i found that
1 when jaws read  a message body often the synthethizer speak something  as
"x western" or somethng like that, that is not  in the message content, it
is quite disturbing
2) when  message preview is active (f8)pressing ctrl+tab or f6 to go to the
message preview pane   the focus is not in  the message body  but in the
subject header, i have to press tab some time to  focus the body, this is
quite inconvenient and slow
3) the spam/not spam status is not read in the message list, and there
is no way i think  to know if a message is  possible spam.
4) the address autocompletion feature is not totally accessible: if i
press the first charcacters of a an address  a list with the matching
address appears, but jaws doesnt read  the first item automatically, i
have to press insert+arrow up, (the jaws command to read the focused
item) to hear it; ant then arrowing down i have to   perform the same
command to hear  the selected item.

5 the spell checker is not accessible.

can some one  confirm  this problems?
especially number one  is quite strange and annoying..
That said,  i still find thunderbird very   usable as the default
mailer/news reader. with jaws 7 or 8.

Regarding point 1, i think that what jaws  sspeak reading a message body
is  the character encoding or something  like that, because something
instead of "xwestern"   jaws speak " unicode" in the middle of a message.
Another thing i found is thtat sometimes  lines break are not correct in
reading: the message below for example is  read correctly in in outlook
express (whit line breaks after each item 1...4) but  thunderbird does
not break the lines,  or jaws does not report correctly    them.
