When I visit e.g YouTube and focus a video I can no longer access
locationbar or switch tab using keyboard.

Are there any extensions or greasemonkey scripts out there that can
remove focus from the flash/movie files so my shortcuts works again
(ALT-D)

Thanks
Thomas

There is no way I know of around the problem. It's a known problem in Firefox
with plugins. Our keyboard navigation situation with plugins is terrible.

We want to fix it. Mozilla Corporation's contractor for this work disappeared
from the scene, and we weren't able to contact him again. Mozilla plans to take
this on again after Firefox 3.

It's possibly the worst accessibility bug that we won't have a good story for in
Firefox 3.

It's not just plugins, the situation with SVG and keyboard navigation
needs clarification:

as a minimum
