The way to tackle those kinds of questions is through bugzilla, by
checking the wanted-tb3 and blocking-tb3 flags. In particular, you can
nominate bugs (by setting wanted-tb3?), and then the thunderbird drivers
will approve them (mark them as wanted-tb3+) or not.
Note that just because someting makes wanted-tb3+ or even blocking-tb3+
doesn't mean that we may not have to change our mind, for a variety of
reasons. It does indicate the bugs that are likely to receive attention
(and in the case of wanted-tb3+ bugs with no owner, it indicates a great
opportunity for contributors to get patches approved!)
