SVG and user style sheets

Jonathan Chetwynd
Aaron,

after much time and work firefox1.5 SVG is now tab key accessible!
http://www.peepo.co.uk/index.svg for example.
given that the SVG standard doesn't mention keyboard access this is a
significant step.

however ff is lagging significantly behind other browsers in respect
of - user style sheet - usability.
Opera for instance has a drop down list of styles that one can just
select.

please could you look at and comment on: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
show_bug.cgi?id=211770 and at least three other user style sheets bugs?

I'd love to implement some user style sheets for SVG pages.

regards

Jonathan,

Have you used the user style sheet features of the
Mozilla/Firefox accessibility extension?

Re: SVG and user style sheets

Jonathan Chetwynd
Jon,

the extension I currently use is Web Developer 0.9.4
https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?
application=firefox&version=1.0&%20os=Windows&category=Developer%
20Tools&numpg=10&id=60

I'll take a look at the "accessibility extension" are there plans to
support Scaleable Vector Graphics?
N.B. Subject: SVG and user style sheets
I was wondering if one could for instance just see the titles and text?

According to a respondent in one of the bugs, firefox already
supports user style sheets for SVG, but not for me, yet.....
There is bound to be some conflicts as the languages are similar but
different.

a{fill:green}
a{color:green}

so it may be tricky to create a single user style sheet for both html
and SVG, anyone know of one?
