You can also get required files in zip format:
http://rpm.netlabs.org/release/00/zip/

Of course you have to know what are searching for

Is command line downloader for http. Does not do https://.  If a file download stops, it will resume where left off

So how could this program help Her if a download of ArcaOS via FF17ESR
stops? The procedure for getting an upgrade of the existing ArcaOS (She
have a valid subscription for this) is after logging in to the ArcaNoae
site, go to the Order section and clicking on the latest order for
ArcaOS. Then they will send a temporary download link like this (which
now is invalid)

<$quote>
http://download.arcanoae.com/3601e73348b827c1fbac90ae318435e4/ArcaOS-5.0.4.7z
</$quote>

and copy it to the clipboard, close SMPMW118, open FF17, open a new tab
and using Paste And Go in the URL field and the download will start
after She have chosen the target location.. But if it fails, i.e. stops
dead in tracks, then She should run PMResume and feed it with the
abovementioned URL and the download would continue from whre it stopped
(naturally She would set the target location the same as in FF17)? Or is
She totally out in the blue here, i.e. gotten a whiff of Mr. Alzheimer :-)

Download the file, run the command and output would be:

URL Resume v0.20 by Brian Havard <[hidden email]>

Usage: urlresume URL [-p proxy_url] [-o output_file]

If you had done that no question would be asked.

But She seems to remember that a program called PM Resume exist, and if
so, where can She get it? Would be much easier tu use than urlresume
because it must be roun from a windowed OS/2 session to be able to paste
the relevant URL to the program; that can't be done in a FS os2 session.

Unaware of PMResume.  If you desire a gui version create a program object as:

path\urlresume.exe
Parameter: []

When you click on this object a window will popup asking for url to be pasted. There are many alternatives: Martin's
Retriever (wget frontend), PMDownloader, curl, wget, etc.

She fetched it and using a windowed OS/2 session pasted in the URL, but
it didn't cut no ice - after a while the download stopped incomplete.

Luckily for Her, She have PMDownloader and it managed to download the
whole package, but when She did an unzip -l on the archive, it was over
1000 files in it, and the files hade a @unixroot preceede the files. So
wouldn't be better to download the requisite files from the Warpzilla
page instead - the requirement for building a higher browser than 17 is
about 5-6 files - it's libc6something, fntconfig and a few other files.
But now that She *KNOWS* that PMDownloader does the job properly, then
She can download ArcaOS after building the 31 (or is it 33?) FF? ArcaOS
is over 1Gib in size so trying to download it with FF31 may fail, but if
it works, so OK, but if the download fails, PMDownloader ceartainly will
do the trick.
