Go to:
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/viewMyClient.html

to test browsers. Glinks does TLS1.2, so does FF31. Is there a site that only connects via 1.3? Glinks does not do
javascript, which is a wonderful experience for normal browsing. Usually card payments need JS. Gllinks is for normal
browsing, not ultra-sensitive transactions.

Soon Falkon will be here, hopefully that will do all the silly captchas floating through the web.

Not unless they want to shut out a ton of users... Microsoft hasn't
figured out TLS 1.3 for any of their stuff (clients or servers).
