Thanks for your reply. I already tried to install but getting below error

That message is pretty clear, you need to install the mentioned apackage and all dependencies like OpenSSL, if that is not handled by your package manager. Maybe checksetup.pl already tells you about missing optional packages like those for SSL.

"Closed" is already available as a status, so before customizing your installation have a look at the bug status workflow.

In my opinion, if your customization starts with providing what is already available anyway, you should criticially rethink if it's needed at all.

I installed the package, now facing below error

There was an error sending mail from '[hidden email]' to '[hidden email]': unable to establish SMTP connection to smtp.office365.com port 25
