No Testopia toolbar

Cheger
Hello,
Could you please explain me how to get Testopia toolbar on the main Bugzilla's page?
I've installed Bugzilla version 3.6.1 and the latest Testopia build.
In Preference i have "view_testopia" field=on.
I've added myself to Testers group.
All file from tar file were successfully installed.
