New Programmer, Help S.V.P.

HTMLV
Hey guys, so I'm totally new to HTML/CSS coding.
I need some help. I need to design a website using HTML/CSS coding.
Does anybody know any sites where I can do it for free, I need the practice to improve my HTML/CSS skills.
Thanks everyone.

I would add to look into https://teamtreehouse.com/

You can use this link http://webdev.willstern.com/so-you-wanna-learn-web-development/

Here you can get 30days free on treehouse, they have a lot of video lessons, and I think 30days should be enough to get the basics in HTML + CSS. But overall good resource.
