Need to notify assigned person periodically incase he does not check the issue or comment on it

cblitbugzilla
Hello Everyone!

I am facing a problem. I launched a new bug and assigned a person. But he does not login to check the bug or not commenting on it. How can I notify him periodically to check the bug and work on it ???
How can I set this notification ? Please help me.
