WEBSERVER: Apache2
Single instanse is working fine as per instruction in the installation Guide
of bugzilla.

it works Fine when I make bugzilla directory the document root of apache web
server. but when i make a copy if bugzilla with the root it does not work.

the procedure goes like this:
1 - study the Apache config files and, using the Apache documentation,
learn what they do, especially what they do differently in the two locations
2 - study the file permissions and learn what they do, with special regard
to the differences in the two locations you're looking at
3 - adapt the permission and configuration settings
with regard to your findings of steps (1) and (2).

   Hope to help
      Marc

Works just like Marc states - I do this for my production vs.
development installation on the same server. Key point - keep the
databases separate...

while googling the net i came to know that we need to change some cookie
path in it.
I am using version bugzilla-2.18.1

can some 1 tell that in which file i should make change to make it run like.
http://localhost/bugzilla1/ and

Many Thanx

Make sure to change urlbase and cookiebase paths on the parameters page.

in localconfig, if you're running to different installs, ensure that the
bug databases are unique.
