Empty Useless Reviews on AMO

B00ze
Good day.

I agree with gHacks; these "rating-only" reviews should NOT show up as
individual reviews on AMO - Who wants to scroll through 500 meaningless
star-ratings, 10 per page, to finally find a review with some comment
inside? It was so good before, just scroll through the first 3 pages of
reviews and you have a good idea of bugs, usefulness, quirks, etc. Not
so with empty reviews. It's just one bad decision after another @ Mozilla...

Regards,

I can't recall ever reading a review on AMO, but I'm sure what the
article describes is annoying.

Check the reviews -- all of them not merely those initially visible --
for the Theme font & Size Changer at
<https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/addon/theme-font-size-changer/>.

Consider:
*  Most state mandate that drivers have liability insurance.
*  Employers are mandated to have worker's compensation insurance.
*  If you live in a flood zone, flood insurance is mandatory.
*  If your home has a mortgate, fire insurance is mandatory.

Why then is mandatory health insurance so bad??

I do check the reviews when I am looking for an addOn for a specific
task and there are multiple candidates. Theme font & Size Changer is
full of "useful" reviews. The problem is that in the future, those
reviews will be spread-out between "John Doe Rated this 3 stars" reviews
that say nothing at all. If an addOn is popular enough, real reviews
will be spread-out over pages and pages of useless "3 Stars" empty
reviews :-(
