Bugzilla without CGI

List Recv
Is there any way to run Bugzilla for those of us who'd rather not do
CGI, both for performance and security (I like to chroot() apache and
not give it any shells)?

It'll need CGI regardless, but there's no reason you couldn't chroot it.
2.20 (coming up soon) will let you use SMTP for email, dropping the
dependency on /usr/lib/sendmail (although that comes at a cost, because
if the smtp server is down, the mail gets lost instead of queued if you
choose that option).

We're working on making it able to run under mod_perl, but it's not
there yet.
