Bugzilla - cannot create new bug even I am admin

nobody-2
Hi,

I just installed bugzilla 2.18.1 on Windows 2003 and IIS 6. It works, just
that I cannot create new bug. I allways getting error message:
Either no products have been defined to enter bugs against or you have not
been given access to any.

I created new product, created components for that product, created group
with permissions to that product etc, etc. I believe I assigned myself
maximum permissions I have. But still, same error message.

Also, not sure if it is related, if I change parameters (Maintainer,
urlbase), it tells me that changes are saved, but then after browser is
restarted, all values disapear. Am I doing something wrong?

thank you

Resolved problem myself:

1. Droped and re-created bugs database and problem with product disappeared.
2. Gave all users access to bugzilla installation folder and now parameter
changes are saved permanently.

I hope this replay will help other begginners.
So far I really like this product.
