Bugzilla Web Login Not Working After IP Change

Chris S.
I am working on a server that has had Bugzilla installed and running for several years under one IP Address. However, I now need to move that server to a different network which is requiring me to use a different IP Address. When I change the IP, it would seem that Bugzilla is having difficulty verifying my account's user name and password. For the sake of testing before I switched networks (i.e., changed the IP address on the machine), I was able to successfully log in via the web interface with no problem. Then I changed the IP Address on the machine, restart the network on the machine for the new IP to take effect, and try the exact same username and password, but it just keeps returning me to the screen that asks for a username and password. I should add that there aren't any errors being displayed on the screen when this happens either. It is acting like it cannot verify the existing username and password against the new IP address. I have manually logged into the databa
se via the Linux command line and have verified that the username and password credentials are intact under the "profiles" table. I am new to Bugzilla and I am trying to understand how to fix this problem. Am I missing a setting (or settings) that need(s) to be changed somewhere?

Thanks for the help in advance.

Chris S.

I was finally able to resolve this.

Yes, I hard coded the new IP address in "urlbase" in the data/params JSON file, which seems to have corrected the problem.
