I've installed Bugzilla 4.0.2 on Windows 7 and could successfully integrate with Active Directory.
Now for SSO I'm not able to understand what to do next. Please help me! Trying it since 5-6 days.

You have to implement SSO on your own "somehow", Bugzilla uses
LDAP/AD out of the box only to centrally manage user data. LDAP/AD is
the backend where Bugzilla authenticates against, how it gets the
login information of a user which to authenticate is another thing and
configurable by user_info_class in the user authentication section. If
you want SSO, you need "something" which gives Bugzilla the needed
login information from your users in a way that Bugzilla can use them
to authanticate against LDAP/AD. Bugzilla doesn't handle things like
logging in to Windows and use that session using Kerberos/AD to use
